2:41-42)Sunday Part 1: The True Power Given Only to Humans (Acts 2:41-42)
Introduction: There is true power given only to humans.
To enjoy this, I hope today becomes a day to change three things.
Change your destiny.
(1) The blessing God gave only to humans within the eternal timetable was created in God's image (Genesis 1:27). If humans leave God, they are doomed to perish. The saved children of God must enjoy the blessings given in God's image.
하나님 떠나도록 만들고, 사단이 인간을 장악한 것이다(요8:44).(2) But within this eternal timeline, an event occurred. Satan destroyed humanity. He made them turn away from God, and Satan took control of humanity (John 8:44).
(3) Therefore, God gave one of His ways in the eternal timetable. He sent Christ to break Satan's head, resolve original sin and self-sin, and open the way of salvation to escape hell. This is the answer that changes destiny.
Change incompetence.
Without power, you can do nothing. Jesus gave the answer to change inability (Acts 1:8). Try this for 40 days. Try it for just 3 days.
그러면 말씀은 능력으로 나타나고, 영육간의 모든 것을 치유하게 된다(히4:12).(1) "Follow the teaching of the apostles." It means following the flow of the gospel and the Word. Then the Word appears as power, healing everything in spirit and body (Hebrews 4:12).
(2) "Through fellowship." When you receive and experience the power of salvation, all believers appear precious. You correct the wrong believers and help the weak. It is helping the precious believers.
(3) "Breaking the bread." The early church celebrated the Eucharist at every worship service. They experienced the joy and power of salvation.
(4) "I put all my effort into praying." Not only did they gather to pray, but they also enjoyed the power of prayer in a world full of unbelief. Without this power, you cannot overcome unbelievers and must run errands for them. Before going out into the world, prepare for the gospel message, prayer, and evangelism.
Change the future.
(1) Those who pray know they do not need to worry about tomorrow. Those who know the gospel do not worry about the church. Those who know evangelism do not need to worry about the future. Because they know the reason. As someone who must evangelize the world, if you hold onto today's covenant, it will be a day that changes the future.
(2) Therefore, the early church did not waver. It had already made a covenant that would overturn the future (Matthew 24:1-14, Acts 1:8). Then, even before living the future, they would change it.
Conclusion: Today should be that day.
(1) It is the day to change my destiny through faith.
(2) It's a day to change your incompetence through a decision.
(3) It is the day to let go of all worries and change your future. If our church, your church, and your industry are within it, no one can touch it. The gospel is carried out by God.
2:1-13)Sunday Part 2: People Who Changed the World (Acts 2:1-13)
Introduction: Before devotion, there is something to know first.
When we worship today, spiritual work happens (Exodus 5:1-12:46, Psalm 103:20-22, Daniel 10:10-20, John 20:22, Revelation 8:3-5). It is to know this and worship and dedicate ourselves. The offerings given by the early church knowing this changed the world (Acts 2:43-47). We are making this kind of dedication. There is something we must first understand about this.
(1) The early church was in poverty, weakness, and legal persecution. Yet it saved the world. World missions are done by God's way and God's power.
(2) What did this weak early church have?
(1) He possessed the mystery of the true gospel (the mystery of the Triune God).
(2) He possessed the secret of true prayer (With, Immanuel, Oneness). If you know this and worship, you will confirm it for six days.
(3) They already knew the secret of true evangelism. They went where no one else could go, and did what no one else could do. This was the secret of true evangelism enjoyed by the early church.
(3) The early church knew the outcome in advance. The Pharisees and Judaism, which had persecuted the early church, collapsed. Rome, which had been persecuted, was also destroyed. But God called the Galileans and turned the world upside down (Acts 1:11). We must hold the covenant accurately.
Just as the early church did, we will receive answers in advance.
1:1).(1) He already knew that Jesus was the Christ (Acts 1:1).
1:3).(2) He had already received the answer of the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3).
(3) He knew in advance that he would be filled with the Holy Spirit and empowered to be witnesses (Acts 1:8). Because he knows this, there is nothing to worry about.
There is a content of the early church's dedication.
이때 하나님께 헌금을 드린 것이다(행2:43-45).(1) The early church gathered at the place where it was accused of heresy (Acts 1:14). They gathered there and received the best answer from God (Acts 2:1-13). At this time, they offered offerings to God (Acts 2:43-45).
(2) This offering was transformed into the Light Economy. It saved the world, the church, and the field.
(3) Therefore, the highest commitment for mission is to build temples where the 237 countries can receive the gospel. The offering of the RUTC, which is established so that the remnants of the 237 countries can live, is the highest dedication. It is to help missionaries so that the gospel can be testified to many mission fields.
We ended up doing something no one had thought of or done.
3:1-10).(1) God raised up the lame man (Acts 3:1-10).
8:4-8).(2) The demon was cast out (Acts 8:4-8).
13, 16, 19).(3) Such works happened everywhere Paul went (Acts 13, 16, 19).
Conclusion: There is a greater vision given by God.
19:21)(1) "You must also see Rome." (Acts 19:21)
23:11)(2) "Be bold. You must bear witness even in Rome." (Acts 23:11)
(3) It is okay even when a crisis comes. "Paul, do not be afraid. You must stand before Caesar." (Acts 27:24) If we are the ones who preach the gospel, the churches that will preach the gospel, then God will protect us.
