1st Worship: God’s Plan Which Seems Like Failure (Dan 1:8-9)
Dear God, thank you for the blessing to know the reason for the destruction of powerful nations and for helping me to hold onto Your Word and make the right resolution. May I not hold onto other things but be a witness of the field that saves the field by only holding to the Covenant and restoring the Covenant. May I become a spiritual witness that saves those lost in idol worship as you send your angels to protect me. Help me be the witness of the age that saves the people who only care about worldly success, food, and prosperity. May I walk the road of a witness who will hold onto the Word of God and Gospel alone. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
2nd Worship: War Against Idols (Dan 1:16-18)
Dear God, thank you for calling me as a person and church to preach the true Gospel and as the 0.1% who will fight the spiritual battle, wage war against Satan, and battle against the culture of darkness through temple construction. Help me to remember that the war against idolatry is an anticipated war that has already been won. Help me go around and raise the banner of victory. Help me know that as someone who has Christ, Satan is no match with me. May I enjoy my heavenly background and rightfully have victory. As I enjoy the blessings of world evangelization that rightfully take place, help me build the temple that will heal the diseased in idol worship, the 237 nations, and all the remnants. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
